Inbox waiting count no longer asks for a missing column
Sidebar and home waiting counts use is_from_me only, which exists in production.
Messages waiting, the sidebar Inbox badge, and the header unread poll now read inboxmessages.isfromme. Production has no isoutbound column, so those queries no longer fail or return the wrong number.
