1. Agreement
By using DEEP Socials ("the Service"), operated by DEEP Works VC, LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DEEP Socials provides social media management tools for connected accounts. Instagram, Facebook Pages, and Threads use Meta's official APIs. Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, and LinkedIn use each network's own sign-in. Features, limits, and availability may change as platforms update their policies. Google Business Profile, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest are not available yet.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you have rights to connect and manage the social accounts you link.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate Meta platform policies, send unsolicited messages, infringe intellectual property, or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Refund policies are described at the point of purchase or in your billing settings.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DEEP Works is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages caused by third-party platforms including Meta.
7. Clip ingest (Autoclip Studio)
Autoclip Studio lets you paste a public video URL or upload a file so the Service can fetch, transcribe, and cut vertical clips for you to download. You represent and warrant that you own the source video or have a license / written permission to clip it. You must not use Autoclip to scrape, download, or republish content you do not have rights to. You remain solely responsible for the URLs and files you submit, for any resulting clips you post, and for compliance with YouTube, TikTok, and other platform terms. DEEP Works processes those materials only as your tool, on your instruction, after you attest to those rights in the product. We may refuse, delete, or disable jobs that appear infringing and may suspend repeat infringers.
If you believe material processed through the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to legal.deepsocials@wearedeepworks.com including: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material and its location in the Service; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act. We will remove or disable access to the material and notify the user as required by 17 U.S.C. §512.
