1. Agreement
By using DEEP Socials ("the Service"), operated by DEEP Works VC, LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DEEP Socials provides social media management tools for connected accounts. Instagram and Facebook are supported via Meta's official APIs. Features, limits, and availability may change during beta or as platforms update their policies.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you have rights to connect and manage the social accounts you link.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate Meta platform policies, send unsolicited messages, infringe intellectual property, or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Refund policies are described at the point of purchase or in your billing settings.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DEEP Works is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages caused by third-party platforms including Meta.
