Improved
Messenger messages save from the Page webhook
Facebook Messenger messages that arrive on the Page webhook now save in the inbox.
Page webhook messages were stored with a message type the database rejects, so comments and leads saved while Messenger messages did not. Those messages now use the dm type the inbox already accepts.
