Fix custom campaign generation failures
Campaign Autopilot generates again, and failed runs refund credits automatically.
Custom campaigns were failing after charging 200 credits because OpenRouter was sent Gemini-native model IDs and the AI router did not fall back correctly. Model selection is now provider-aware, campaign generation prefers a reliable path with clearer errors, and failed generations refund credits.
