WhatsApp Cloud drafts and support
Link a phone to draft, approve, or schedule from WhatsApp. The Cloud API stays off until you turn it on.
WhatsApp Cloud is behind FEATUREWHATSAPPCLOUD and does not call Meta while that flag is off. A linked phone can send a text or voice note that becomes a draft, then Approve, Edit, or Schedule inside the 24-hour window. Support messages show in the inbox. Nothing is published automatically.
