• You see the renewal date

  Billing shows the next charge in Atlantic Standard Time before it happens. Reminder email goes out 7 days ahead.

• One tap to cancel, on a phone

  Settings → Billing → Cancel renewal. It works in the mobile browser. Access stays on until the renewal date, and Keep my plan turns renewal back on.

• 48 hours after a renewal charge

  The same billing screen has a 48-hour refund button. Inside that window we record the request. When card refunds are enabled, the latest renewal goes back to the card. Outside the window the button explains that it is closed.

A person replies within 2 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AST. Outside those hours, the next business morning.
