Clearer engagement rates and inbox names
Engagement rate now always shows a percentage or a dash, inbox sync finishes instead of spinning, and Instagram names show up correctly in messages.
Analytics now shows engagement as a percentage (or a dash when there is not enough reach yet). Inbox usernames resolve for Instagram and Facebook, and Sync returns to idle within 15 seconds with a clear error if something is wrong.
