Promote stays paused, and comments reach every workspace
Promoting a post creates a paused campaign, and the same Page comment can show up in each workspace that connected it.
Promote post now creates a paused campaign, matching the dialog, and campaigns can be deleted from the Ads page. A Page or Instagram comment is stored for every workspace that connected that account, not only the first one. Sent Instagram replies no longer appear twice, and the sender name is the Instagram username when Meta returns it. Instagram inbox sync no longer asks graph.instagram.com for a parameter that was returning 400, so direct messages can sync as well as arrive by webhook. Run supabase/migrations/20261001inboxworkspacemessageunique.sql so the second workspace is allowed to store the same comment.
