Instagram reconnect no longer fails on save
Reconnect Instagram or Facebook after an expired token now saves correctly, so scheduled posts can publish again.
Expired Instagram connections were failing at Settings reconnect with a database error even after Meta approved the login. The encrypted token is now stored properly, and publishing, inbox, and analytics read that token instead of the empty plaintext field. After this ships, reconnect the account once, then retry the failed post.
