Graceful handling for expired Instagram tokens
Dashboard no longer throws when Instagram sessions expire; accounts are flagged to reconnect.
Expired or invalidated Instagram tokens (Meta OAuth 190) are now detected during live analytics fetches. The dashboard loads with cached or empty stats instead of surfacing console errors, and affected accounts are flagged with needs_reconnect so the publishing integrity nudge prompts you to reconnect in Settings → Accounts.
