Expired network logins are labeled for Vault
A linked Vault can tell an expired login from a reconnect.
Partner account health now says when a network login has expired, separate from a reconnect flag, and includes the expiry time. Linking a workspace stays available on free, trial, and paid plans. Queueing a post still follows the workspace post quota.
