Real Instagram links, deleted-post status, and one publish
View post uses the Graph permalink, deleted posts are marked, and Publish now cannot send the same target twice.
Publishing to Instagram now stores the media permalink from the Graph API, for both Instagram Login and Facebook-linked accounts. Numeric media-id links are no longer saved or shown. A Check status action and the analytics sync look up recent posts; if the network says the object is gone, the post shows Deleted on Instagram (or the matching network) and drops out of analytics. Permission and token errors are left alone. One Publish now, including the password confirmation retry, claims the target before the network call and skips a target that already has a media id. In the inbox, Hide asks about the comment's real network, then shows a success or error toast and an Unhide control. Instagram Login comments still hide on graph.instagram.com when INSTAGRAMLOGINCOMMENTS_ENABLED is on.
