Admin Command Centre
Live admin home with honest signup charts, 30-minute idle, and JWT keepalive so sessions stop dropping after five minutes.
The admin home is now a Command Centre: MRR, trials, publish health, AI burn, inbox, and an acquisition chart that reads users.created_at in AST. A flat zero means nobody signed up in the selected range — the last account date is shown instead of a fake line. Sidebar highlighting uses longest-prefix matching, and Observability controls is a real page. Admin JWTs refresh every two minutes so a 5-minute access token cannot bounce you to login while you are still working. Idle timeout stays 30 minutes.
