Scheduled posts no longer send duplicates
A scheduled post now publishes once per Instagram profile and Facebook Page, even with extra logins or extra Railway workers.
Composer now pre-selects one account per platform and hides extra Instagram Login vs Via Page or Facebook reconnections that point at the same destination. The publisher also takes a database lock so multiple servers cannot fire the same scheduled post at the same time.
