Soft light theme and inbox polish
Dashboard defaults to system theme with warm light mode; inbox chats are clearer and easier to read.
Fixed the theme system so light mode uses a soft warm gray instead of staying dark. Dark mode is a lifted charcoal, not pure black. Inbox got solid panels, readable chat bubbles, and the background grid no longer bleeds through conversations. Use the sun/moon toggle in the header or Settings → Appearance to switch themes.
