Updates feed i18n and detail pages
Localized updates filters and cards, public /updates/[slug] pages, and dashboard What's new chrome.
The public and dashboard updates feeds now use translated filter labels, type badges, and empty states in EN, ES, and FR. Each update has a public detail page at /updates/[slug] so email campaign links resolve. Dashboard What's new and the full updates page share the same i18n chrome, with HudPreviewStrip and early-access gate strings moved into marketing locales.
