Cleaner dashboard, composer, and public updates
What's new is now a compact modal; post creator stepper is easier to read; public /updates is a full marketing page.
The dashboard no longer shows a long inline changelog — a compact What's new banner opens a modal with a New badge for unseen updates. The post creator uses a compact step progress bar instead of crowded pills. The marketing header drops Early Access to reduce clutter (still in footer). Public /updates is registered like About/Download with proper SEO and locale routing.
