Reports worker now runs on Node 22
PDF and clip workers use Node 22 so monthly reports start again after the Supabase client upgrade.
The report PDF worker was still on Node 20 after supabase-js 2.117 required a native WebSocket. Every Docker image and the workspace engines field now use Node 22, and worker /health actually creates a Supabase client so this failure shows up as unhealthy instead of a silent crash.
