Successful Facebook/Instagram reconnect clears the insights warning, and failed image analysis refunds the credits that were actually charged.
Reconnecting a Facebook or Instagram account now clears the insights-unavailable flag so Analytics stops asking you to reconnect after a successful login. Image analysis charges only after the rate-limit check, and a failed run refunds the amount that was taken. WhatsApp number changes are limited to owners and admins.
