Facebook reconnect no longer fails on an existing Page
Reconnecting Facebook updates the existing Page row instead of inserting a duplicate, and account lists stay token-safe.
Facebook reconnect now looks up the Page with the service-role client and upserts on workspace + platform + account id, so an already-connected DEEP Works Page no longer errors. Publishing integrity reads the same token-free account columns. Analytics sync always writes a numeric views value instead of leaving the column empty.
