Inbox now picks up room, table, and tour questions from Instagram and Facebook. Each booking card has a status (New, Quoted, Booked, Lost), a live countdown for Meta’s 24-hour reply window, and saved reply chips. When the window closes, Continue on WhatsApp opens a wa.me chat with a ready-to-send message — we do not send WhatsApp messages for you. Booked cards also appear in Leads.
