Campaign generation no longer times out or burns credits

Campaign Autopilot was failing because it made dozens of slow AI calls (and used a decommissioned Groq model), so proxies timed out after credits were already taken. Generation now uses a single AI pass with working models, charges only when posts are produced, and the earlier failed attempts were refunded.
