Fix homepage 3D hero in local development
The marketing hero WebGL accent now loads without a three.js module error in dev.
Webpack in the monorepo could still fail to resolve three.js when the React Three Fiber hero loaded @react-three/drei in local development. Module resolution now searches the hoisted root node_modules, and the hero uses direct drei imports so the orb renders without a runtime crash.
